Jonny Swift and his employees and agents, (collectively, “We”) reserve the right to refuse or terminate any Services to anyone, should we determine in our own discretion, that you are causing disruption, acting inappropriately, or at risk or under the influence of alcohol or substances. We may direct you to an appropriate organisation for assistance. We also reserve the right to terminate this website at any time.

AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDINGS: You may make an audio recording of your private one-to-one reading (each, an “Audio Recording“) for your personal use only. You must not publish, share, reproduce, or distribute any Audio Recording on any Public Platform without the prior written consent of Jonny Swift. Video recordings of private one-to-one sessions (each, a “Video Recording“) are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been provided by Jonny Swift. Where permission for a Video Recording is granted, such recording shall be for personal use only and must not be published, shared, reproduced, or distributed on any Public Platform without further prior written consent. Audio or video recordings of any, mentorship sessions, mediumship demonstrations, psychic demonstrations, or other events (whether delivered in person or online) are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Jonny Swift. Where permission is granted, any recording is for personal use only and must not be published, shared, reproduced, or distributed on any Public Platform without further prior written consent. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “Public Platform” includes, without limitation, social media platforms, websites, online forums, public broadcasts, or any other method of public or private distribution. Any unauthorised recording, publication, sharing, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may also give rise to legal action for breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, and/or breach of privacy.

PRIVATE READINGS: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled private appointment. If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you may either reschedule your appointment or be fully refunded. If you cancel within less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you are not eligible for a refund. Should Jonny Swift cancel, all funds will be returned.

Lateness & No-Shows for Private Appointments (Readings, and One-to-One Mentorships): Clients are expected to join their session promptly at the scheduled start time. Jonny Swift will keep the Zoom room open for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the client has not joined or made contact within that 15-minute window, the session will be considered forfeited and fully chargeable, with no refund or rescheduling available. This policy applies regardless of whether the client subsequently becomes available after the 15-minute period has passed. If you are late for your session but still within the 15-minute window , Jonny Swift will do his best to honour your time but unfortunately cannot go over the time allocated to your session.

Connectivity and Technical Requirements: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all technical requirements are met before the start of the session. This includes checking your internet connection, time zone, Zoom link, audio, and video settings in advance. While Jonny Swift will make reasonable efforts to assist with minor connection issues where possible, he cannot extend or reschedule the session to accommodate client-side technical difficulties, including but not limited to audio, video, or internet connectivity issues. For the purpose of maintaining the quality and integrity of the session, both audio and video must be active throughout your Zoom reading. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept that if you are unable or unwilling to enable audio or video, Jonny Swift reserves the right to terminate the session, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Client Responsibility for Payment Provider Actions: You agree that you are responsible for any fees, charges, or financial penalties incurred as a result of actions taken by your payment provider, including but not limited to blocked or held transactions, chargebacks, or reversal fees. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, you acknowledge that Jonny Swift, his employees and agents reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any products, services, or content until the matter is resolved. Additionally, you agree to reimburse Jonny Swift for any fees or costs associated with resolving such disputes, including administrative or legal fees if applicable.

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
