By law, and in keeping with industry standards, all readings are provided to clients aged 18 and over.

The Nature of the Work
Readings are an interpretive art rather than an exact science. I share what I sense, see, hear, and feel to the best of my ability, but no reading can be guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The information offered is intended as guidance — you are always the author of your own path, and free will plays a meaningful role in how things unfold.

Mediumship readings, where possible, aim to bring forward loved ones in spirit. While I do my best to make a clear connection, I cannot guarantee that any specific person will come through during a session.

Booking, Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. With sufficient notice, I'm happy to move your session to a new time at no additional cost.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Refunds: Once a reading has begun or been completed, it is non-refundable. If you have concerns about your experience, please reach out to me directly — I want every client to feel heard and well cared for.

Confidentiality & Respect
Your reading is private. I do not share, record, or discuss the content of your session with anyone without your explicit permission. I ask that you also approach our time together with openness and respect, so that the reading can unfold in the best possible way.
